Fresno State freshman guard Isaiah Bailey, the program's highest ranked recruit in the Class of 2014, was dismissed from the team for violating a athletic department policy. Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry confirmed the news to Robert Kuwada of the Fresno Bee on Friday night.
