Full of promises and platitudes but short on specifics, Washington Redskins president and general manager Bruce Allen said Wednesday he would oversee a "full evaluation" of how the team operates after its sixth last-place finish in seven seasons. "There are going to be changes in the way we do business," Allen said at his first news conference since August.
