Brendan Rodgers has made four changes to his starting line-up for Liverpool's final clash of 2014 against Swansea City at Anfield tonight. Simon Mignolet is restored to the team, coming in to replace Brad Jones, just as the Belgian did after 16 minutes of play in the Reds' Boxing Day victory over Burnley at Turf Moor.
