Arbitration eligibles: Vance Worley

The Pirates got Worley for nothing from Minnesota near the end of spring training, sent him to extended spring to stretch him out and called upon him in mid-June. He responded by not walking anybody and relying on his cut fastball to keep the ball off the barrel.
