RiverDogs hoping for big hits from ramen and kimchi menu additions

There are a few nutritionally dubious snacks making their debut this year at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park, but the new RiverDogs menu is more Brooklyn than belt-busting. For example, when the ballpark acquired a commercial smoker last year and created the Smokin' Joe's stand, it pushed tri-tip sirloin and frog legs.
