After four days of sometimes emotional prosecution testimony in the Jonathan Ray Shepherd capital murder trial, 115th District Judge Lauren Parish on Thursday morning recessed the case until 9 a.m. Monday. Shepherd, 34, of Gilmer, is charged with shooting Cheyenne Green, 29, also of Gilmer, in the Gilmer High School parking lot the night of Sept.
