GARY Cahill is backing Tottenham striker Harry Kane to further boost England's successful start to their Euro 2016 campaign. The 21-year-old Spurs front man could be in line for a first England cap for the sell-out Group E qualifying match against Lithuania at Wembley on Friday night .
