WALES manager Chris Coleman explained that a conversation with Burnley boss Sean Dyche led to Sam Vokes being used only as a substitute in Saturday's 3-0 win in Israel. Vokes returned to the Wales squad for the first time since suffering a cruciate knee injury a year ago and had been tipped to start in the Euro 2016 qualifier in Haifa.
