Former NASCAR champion arrersted, accused of making meth

A former NASCAR Weekly Series national champion was arrested and charged Monday with possession of and manufacturing of methamphetamine . Robert Powell, 49, has been under investigation by local police in South Carolina after complaints by his neighbors in the town of Goose Creek.
