Metro buses up to 45 minutes late

Metro said some of its buses are experiencing up to 45-minute delays Tuesday morning because of an accident on the Roosevelt Bridge. In a Twitter message , the agency said buses on lines 3Y and 16Y to McPherson Square in the District are running late.
