Just 45 miles away from her hometown of Healdton, University of Oklahoma women's basketball coach Sherri Coale talked about the benefits of being in a small town at the weekly Duncan Rotary Club Wednesday at the Simmons Center. Getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city life, Coale said she could feel the energy of the small-town life in some of the rotary club's simplest of traditions, like saying the Pledge of Allegiance and the opening prayer.
