Froome, Nibali head powerful 6-day Tour of Romandie lineup

Race organizers say two-time defending champion Chris Froome and Vincenzo Nibali have been included in a provisional lineup announced Friday for the April 28-May 3 event. The expected field includes Nairo Quintana of Colombia, who was runner-up to Froome in the 2013 Tour de France and won the 2014 Giro d'Italia.
