Cook demands England focus

England Test captain Alastair Cook insists the focus should be on the players in the squad rather than any omissions ahead of the three-match series against the West Indies. Head coach Peter Moores has said Kevin Pietersen "is not on the radar" for an England Test recall, and Cook is adamant those involved in the Caribbean have to be the sole concern.
