Arsenal man on the issue that held him back during injury struggles

Aaron Ramsey has admitted to the Daily Telegraph that he has contributed to his own injury problems at Arsenal by making premature first-team comebacks. The Wales international midfielder missed most of the second half of last season with a thigh injury and his 2014-15 campaign has been undermined by persistent hamstring problems.
