North Carolina State arrived at North Carolina focused more on getting another road win to help its NCAA tournament chances than trying to end its long drought at the Smith Center. Anthony "Cat" Barber scored 15 points and N.C. State beat the 15th-ranked Tar Heels 58-46 on Tuesday night, earning its first road win in the series in a dozen years.
