American U cruises to 68-49 win over Navy

John Schoof scored 25 points on 8-for-13 shooting to lead American University to a 68-49 win over Navy on Wednesday night. Marko Vasic and Jesse Reed added 14 points apiece as American shot 56.4 percent from the floor on 39 attempts to snap a two-game skid and avenge a Jan. 28 loss to the Midshipmen.
