Rivals250 defensive end Kyle Phillips will take official visits to Alabama and Tennessee over the next few weeks before announcing a decision sometime in mid-December. Phillips is believed to be down to the Vols, Ole Miss and LSU , but Alabama continues to hang around after holding a very good position early.
