Loan swoop - Colchester United manager Tony Humes is closing in on his first signing as U's boss after being linked with a loan move for Cardiff City striker Rhys Healey. Healey, who joined the Bluebirds in January 2013, made his Cardiff debut on the final day of last season when he appeared against Chelsea.
