The Scot was left disappointed as two costly errors from Jonas Olsson and Ben Foster resulted in defeat against his former employers West Brom manager Alan Irvine admitted individual errors cost his side dearly as they succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Everton , but was pleased with his sides' response to conceding early.
