A's manager Bob Melvin says Jon Lester would pitch if playoff game is necessary

A's manager Bob Melvin wasn't much interested in talking about anything beyond that day's game on Sunday morning. He said Jon Lester could be expected to pitch the playoff game in Seattle on Monday if the A's can't lock down the American League wild card berth Sunday with a win or with a Mariners loss.
