Red Sox send Anthony Ranaudo to Rangers for Robbie Ross

With the deal Tuesday night, Texas got the 6-foot-7 right-hander who didn't sign after being picked by the Rangers out of a New Jersey high school in the 11th round of the 2007 draft. Ranaudo then went to LSU and was taken by Boston as a supplemental first-round pick in the 2010 draft.
