Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, his breath unfurling before him in the cold winter air, stood on the steps of the state Capitol on Thursday and promised to continue focusing on problem solving -- not politics -- in his second term. "The old unbelievable needs to be the new achievable," the 56-year-old Republican, who won re-election in November, said in his second inaugural address, echoing comments he made when he first took office in 2011.
