Week 8 Recap: I confess I lost my temper in the Panthers 13-9 loss to Seattle

Should I talk about the numerous missed opportunities the Panthers had in Sunday's 13-9 loss to the Seahawks? Should I be optimistic and mention the good points: the defense and Jonathan Stewart looked a lot better this week? No persons, animals or electronics were harmed in my fourth quarter fury. I think the throwing of the paper towel roll did scare my dog, though.
