Three turnovers were too much for the Raiders to overcome Sunday in a 23-13 loss to the Cleveland Browns. The NFL's only winless team at 0-7, the Raiders have lost 13 consecutive games dating back to last season and it was their 16th straight loss in the Eastern time zone.
