Brandon Flowers and Jason Verrett didn't practice on Wednesday, while backup Steve Williams practiced for the first time since leaving Game 7 against the Chiefs. The Chargers, coming off last Thursday's 35-21 loss at Denver, were coming off their longest non-practice stretch since before the season.
