JaVale McGee throws down monster jam in debut with Sixers

The Sixers took on the high-priced contract of JaVale McGee at Thursday's deadline , but did so only because the Nuggets included a first round pick in the transaction. Philadelphia GM Sam Hinkie explained the reasoning in taking on such a bloated deal when speaking to reporters on Friday.
