Icing a possible factor in several Pittsburgh-area crashes this morning

Emergency crews responded to several crashes this morning as temperatures fell into the 20s, causing moisture to freeze on bridges and roads. A car flipped in the Parkway North HOV lanes shortly before 7 a.m., leading to a closure of the facility.
