Criminal charges expected soon against Rep. Dale Mallory, prosecutor says

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien said Wednesday he expects to file charges soon against Democratic Rep. Dale Mallory of Cincinnati relating to his acceptance of NFL tickets from lobbyists. It's illegal for a lawmaker to accept a gift from a lobbyist worth more than $75.
