Stewart Grand Jury Issues Ruling

Ontario County N.Y.- TMZ is reporting that NASCAR star Tony Stewart will NOT face criminal charges in the death of Kevin Ward Jr. who was struck and killed by Stewart during a race last month in Canandaigua.
