Saratoga County hotels have strong August

Hotels in Saratoga County, New York experienced a strong August, as the average occupancy rate hit nearly 90 percent, and total revenues climbed 12 percent over last year. The results, based on a monthly survey by consulting firm Tennessee-based STR, show how well the county's hotels did during the height of the summer tourist season, as tens of thousands of people visit Saratoga Race Course , Saratoga Performing Arts Center and other attractions.
