Profar Has Another Setback

Profar was supposed to finally get his shot this season to be the Texas Rangers' everyday second baseman at age 21 after the Rangers dealt away longtime second baseman Ian Kinsler to Detroit last November to acquire a middle-of-the-order hitter in Prince Fielder. Instead of seizing the gig, Profar never played a game for the Rangers this year after injuring his shoulder in spring training, and then injuring it again while on a rehab assignment.
