Braves activate of B.J. Upton from disabled list

- The Atlanta Braves have activated outfielder B.J. Upton from the 15-day disabled list and put catcher Gerald Laird on the DL. Laird had a kidney stone removed Wednesday. He's batting .293 with a homer and 11 RBIs in 28 games.
