There have been a lot of big shots made on the basketball court during March Madness; but, Sunday night, it was a basketball fan who delivered the excitement. The first person he found to celebrate with was his girlfriend. Then, the Thunder's Kevin Durant gave Dougherty a bear hug in celebration.
