After playing the worst half of basketball in the Fred Hoiberg era , 17th ranked Iowa State responded in a big way in the 2nd half. The Cyclones trailed by as many as 21 in the 2nd half, but outscored the Sooners 59-33 after halftime en-route to a 77-70 win.
