Jose Calderon misses Knicks' opener with calf injury

Jose Calderon was scratched from the Knicks' lineup because of a strained right calf, leaving Shane Larkin as the starter at point guard against Derrick Rose and the Bulls. The Knicks announced Calderon's absence Wednesday shortly after coach Derek Fisher had said the Spaniard would start.
