Rays down on the farm July 31: Kirsch solid in Bowling Green win

Chris Kirsch was drafted by the Rays in the 14th round in 2012. At the time, Baseball America noted he had potential for three average pitches, and his pedestrian 13.8% strikeout rate seems to back that up.
