Rookie to pitch RiverDogs' opener in Augusta, Ga.

While it's a huge deal to be the opening-day pitcher in the majors, it's no small feat to earn that honor in the minors, and former Dixon High School star Rookie Davis is looking forward to being on the mound Thursday night when the Charleston RiverDogs open the season against the GreenJackets in Augusta, Ga.
