Georgiana Vines: Smith joins list trying to unseat Rep. Johnson

James Edward "Eddie" Smith, former events director at Sevier Heights Baptist Church, has taken out a petition to run as a Republican to represent the 13th District House seat, held by state Rep. Gloria Johnson, a Democrat.
