India always a good friend of Sri Lanka, no rift over CHOGM - Minister

Nov 30, Colombo: India is always a good friend of Sri Lanka and there is no rift in the relationship between the two neighbors over Indian Prime Minister's non-participation in the recently held Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Colombo, a minister of the Sri Lankan government said.
