Well, if it wasn't already the middle of the month, I'd say I was slightly delayed, but hey Five Fun Things Better Late Than Never now in Kelly's Kitchen! Let's start with fun fruit facts... Did you know that up until the 17th century, carrots were actually purple? Newer varieties came along and so were born the orange carrots.
